This is a list of all the supplements I take to maintain my health, or improve my performance during a workout.



Health:

  1. CoQ10 - Heart health

  2. Fish/Krill oil - (1440mg EPA, 960mg DHA) - cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation

  3. Turmeric curcumin with bioperine - joint health - (1800mg turmeric, 150 mg turmeric curcuminoids, 15mg bioperine for absorption)

  4. Bergamot full spectrum with Pine Phytosterol powder - Cholesterol (lower bad + raise good)

  5. TUDCA - liver

  6. Vitamin E (as Vitamin E acetate) - 60mg

  7. Lecithin - 870mg

  8. Calcium - 600mg

  9. Magnesium - 200mcg

  10. Vitamin D (D3) - 15mcg

  11. Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate) - 15mg

  12. Manganese ( as manganese citrate) - 3.6 mg


Performance:


Gorilla mode nitric - Stimulant free pre-workout contains:

  • L-Citrulline – 10,000 mg

  • Creatine Monohydrate – 5000 mg

  • Betaine Anhydrous – 4000 mg

  • GlycerPump™ (65% Glycerol Powder) – 4000 mg

  • Malic Acid – 3000 mg

  • Agmatine Sulfate – 1500 mg

  • Nitrosigine® (inositol-stabilized arginine silicate) – 1500 mg

  • Sodium Nitrate – 1500 mg

  • VasoDrive-AP® (isoleucyl-prolyl-proline (IPP) and valyl-prolyl-proline (VPP) isolated from hydrolyzed milk casein) – 254 mg
