This is a list of all the supplements I take to maintain my health, or improve my performance during a workout.

Fish/Krill oil - (1440mg EPA, 960mg DHA) - cardiovascular health, reduce inflammation
Turmeric curcumin with bioperine - joint health - (1800mg turmeric, 150 mg turmeric curcuminoids, 15mg bioperine for absorption)
Bergamot full spectrum with Pine Phytosterol powder - Cholesterol (lower bad + raise good)
TUDCA - liver
Vitamin E (as Vitamin E acetate) - 60mg
Lecithin - 870mg
Calcium - 600mg
Magnesium - 200mcg
